Anatar
A vibrant nation that treats diplomacy like a competitive sport, and insists every magical mishap was ‘part of the plan’.Famous for: hosting enough festivals to single-handedly bankrupt a continent.Fun fact: Anatar holds the record for ‘important meetings that accidentally turn into weddings’.Still bitter about: Miranûr claiming credit for the avalanche victory, Thessan calling the ceasefire an ’intermission’, plus every border ever drawn by anyone but themselves.
Miranûr
A highland realm of quiet mystics, where a single glare can end a duel, and an alarming number of legends turn out to be true.Famous for: turning up to casual gatherings in armour, ‘just in case’.Fun fact: Miranûr holds the world record for the longest silent stare ever to be recognised as a full political negotiation.Still bitter about: the avalanche somehow going down as Anatar’s great triumph (despite it totally being Miranûr’s idea), and Thessan calling them ‘mountain hermits’.
